CTB ICT Flex is a market leader in the Netherlands in the field of innovative ICT products and services the flexible labor market.

The newly formed company will provide CTB Flex with opportunities to expand and modernize the existing software platform for the staffing industry.

The strategic combination gives CTB ICT Flex new growth impulses and will consist of Clarissima Capital, an investment company that acquires a majority stake in CTB ICT Flex led by Investor and Internet entrepreneur Erwin Rooymans (also co-founder of Zoover). CTB Holding will retain a minority interest of approximately 40% after the merger and acquisition process.

The management of CTB ICT Flex remains in the hands of the current management team led by managing director Roel Keizer.
