Bert Kroes is the founder and managing partner of CIC Corporate Integration Consultants. His unique experience as entrepreneur combined with an unmatched network of relations in the ICT and professional experience in M&A constitutes the basis for the exceptional services provided by CIC.
Bert Kroes studied at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, and made an international career as financial director at Philips Electronics in South America. He proved his entrepreneurial spirit as the founder and managing director of Compu’Train and as managing director of Info’Products Holding. Bert started CIC in 1992, after working first on an exclusive basis for Getronics as M&A Director and Managing Director of Geveke Electronics. His activities for CIC were combined for several years with a position as Owner/ MD of a specialized software company, which was sold in 1997. Bert Kroes is currently working exclusively for CIC Corporate Integration Consultants as a deal maker, consultant together with the other associate partners.

Positive M&A outlook 2024 for IT-markets
2023 concluded surprisingly with a positive market performance, witnessing a 14% increase in the AEX. Internationally, particularly on the Nasdaq, there was a remarkable surge of 44%, primarily driven by rising stocks in the Technology sector.
