Our relation is a leading, global provider of end-to-end Mobile Resource Management (MRM) solutions designed to help businesses optimise fleet performance and the service delivery process by automating the management of their mobile workers, their mobile workers' work and their mobile workers' assets in the field.

In order to expand its presence on the European continent it is looking for acquisition candidates that fit the following profile:

• active in the mobility arena,
• selling and supporting products and software integrated into a solution to mid size and larger companies and institutions improving and optimising the management of the mobile worker, their work and their assets in the field;
• Probably also active in geo software (GPS), automatic identification and data capture.
• Size of the company for 5 - 25M euro; head count 20 - 70 people; profitable.

Preferred areas: Spain, France, Benelux, Germany.
