CIC Corporate Integration Consultants is operating in the ICT Mergers&Acquisition market and integrates top level multidisciplinary services for ICT companies within the European and Transatlantic context. We advice and counsel entrepreneurs on strategy, business development, company valuation and the modalities that facilitate the cashing in of the companu value on the right moment. Our job consist of the execution of search mandates for (most of the time) listed companies, the consulting and total project management of transactions in both buy and sale situattions.

In order to perform our duties adequately we manage a rapidly increasing database of M&A news, and prospective mergers and aquisition candidates. We make use to the maximum of selected news sources and the internet.

Because our order portfolio is increasing we need an extrension for our fixed professional staff.

We are looking for:

• Assistent dealmakers; graduated academics with a degree in economics, business and/or law with a couple of years relevant business experience. They must be willing to undergo a hands on training period of maximum one year within our team after which they must be able to handle M&A dossiers themselves under the final responsibility of a project director. Age indication 25-32 years.
• Senior consultants-/ project directors; able to take in and execute complete projects independently. Preferably (ex) managers, entrepreneurs in the ICT market with vision and experience in the business. Age indication 35- ? years. 

From all candidates we require a certain degree of flexibility in working hours and physical mobility. Furthermore our staff must be result orientd and ready to work in a team with different people for each assignment. An international orientation is an absolute must (including languages like French, English, German, Spanish preferably).

They must have the desire and be capable to learn fast and have social skills to initiate and maintain contacts at higher management levels. A profound interest in ICT and the developments in the Technology Media & Telecom markets is also necessary.
